We all know that life can be disappointing, frustrating, and sometimes downright awful. Even when things are good, everyone needs tools for coping with emotions and navigating relationships.
One way that I enjoy helping people is through speaking at events (live or virtual) and helping with podcast interviews. Sharing strategies and tools that can help people feel more confident, relaxed, and in-charge of emotions is my privilege.

Yes, of course I’ve read ‘The Anxious Generation’ by Jonathan Haidt. That book, along with many others are in my library of knowledge. This addiction is so new, people don’t know quite what to call it yet. Social media addiction, gaming addiction, smartphone addiction, digital addiction, you name it, it’s bad!
This addiction has harmed too many people already. I want to be in the forefront of prevention and treatment, not sitting around reading articles about people and families who have been damaged. Give me a call and I’ll gladly be on your show!
